Thanks Alexander. You really helped me out of a bind, when I accidentally dropped all the pins out of my brand spanking new Mul T Lock mortise cylinder. I frantically needed to get this repinned and your staff professionally repinned it to the same keys and in the knick of time. So I installed it in my door and I am ready to go out of town with the peace of mind that the lock won't be bypassed or defeated.
You charged a fair price, $25 for repinning, when most of the other locksmiths I contacted quoted me double and triple, more than what the original cylinder cost in the first place.
