It always pains me to give such a low review, but I feel they earned it. I recently ran into an instance where I needed my homes door's re-keyed. I called this place as they were very close and was met with a gruff answer. I was asked if noon worked and when I asked for a phone quote he informed me they wouldn't be able to, but rather give me one on site. Upon arrival the tech was a nice enough fellow, but immediately told me I owed him $19 for a trip charge. This angered me and was followed by a $160 quote to re-key two deadbolts two handles. I rejected this and the fee. He contacted the office and was lied to as they claimed I was notified about a $19 trip charge! This is a very unprofessional business & I hurried him out the door without paying this erroneous charge. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
