My husband and I were locked out of our home (long story) We first called Minute Key only because it was first to show on search. They promised us a tech would call in about 15 min so, after 30 min. I called back and was told no one would be coming, they had no one. There was no call back to tell us that no one would be there.

I then called Access Unlimited and Amber was very nice and promised a tech to call us. They immediately called us and arrived in less than 20 minutes. These people were super nice and worked very hard to get us into our home. He was unable to do the smart lock in front but went to the back and had two locks to be able to get in. After getting into the garage, he had two locks to get into the house as well. They worked very hard but the charge was only $50.00

I cannot say how much we appreciate them for being there for us. It was after 10:00pm, getting very dark and chilly. I just want to say Thank You again!

So it was cold last night I'm disabled and my husband locked his keys in the car after we are done grocery shopping two full baskets of groceries and we were stuck out in a cold an wind!! we called every locksmith that popped up on Google and that was recommended all the big name ones Town & country, they didn't answer an Malone wanted $65! Etc.

Access unlimited Inc. 423- 581-0516 when I called they quoted me $50 and that's what they charged the locksmith Mobile guy called he said he was 15 minutes away and he got there in 5 and it took him 30 seconds to get the lock open if that, extremely professional polite and they are definitely on the job and not overpriced very fair, write their number down people because it's hard to find these numbers, it took me 20 minutes to find them,
Google gives you a bunch of people that don't call back or overcharge you! and you never think it can happen but it always happens at least once to us all at some point in life, good number to have in your phone definitely five stars

Highly recommended this great company ! My husband called them late the other night, because I locked my only set of keys in my car while at work. My husband told me that they would be there by the time I got off work. I was telling my husband I hope they don't take long, he was telling me they are pulling in, by the time I was clocking out from my shift they had already had my door unlocked.

They were very polite and my wife felt safe around them and they ensure she would be safe and things were good before they departed. Hopefully I never have to use them but if I do I know who to call 1st!!!! Reasonably priced as well !

AAA set them up to help me get into our car while on vacation in Gatlinburg. William from Access Unlimited drove an hour from Morristown at 12:00 AM in the morning to open our car calling us to update as he approached.
He was very friendly and helpful. He offered to order another key for us at a very reasonable price but fortunately we found our original key/fob.

We were stranded at a restaurant and this guy told us he could make a key for our car and he would be right back it took like an hour and then he finally came back and told is he couldn't make the key. We stranded for about 4 more hours.

Best in town they made remote access keys for2016 ram in 15 mins and for 30.00 dollars the dealer wanted 450 dollare for the same key than you very much

Don and Bill were fantastic, they arrived and immediately were able to get into my car, and arranged for a mechanical key late on a Friday afternoon. At Dollywood. In near-90F heat. With the horror Friday traffic. They did all this while attending to other calls as well, which I thought was excellent multi-tasking; Bill continued to work on the lock while instructing me on how their job works, and their specific skills on what he was doing at each strategic step. When the job was completed, they also provided us with water. Thank you AAA and Access Unlimited!

Can not thank Access Unlimited enough! Last night when we got home my daughter accidentally shut and locked my car door with her 15 month old brother inside-with my only key to the auto.

So glad I knew about Access Unlimited's service and didn't have to spend precious time trying to figure out who to call or what to do. He arrived quickly not only got my car opened but made me a second key! Would recommend them 100% in all ways! I know my son recommends them too!!

Shout out to the Sevierville locksmith who helped me and my husband out today!!! Mr. Potts was very professional and helpful in opening my husband's locked truck. He was very fast and efficient! As soon as he arrived, he began opening the truck door and and working to get new keys completed. It took very little time. Thank you for your professional and kind manners. You were Awesome! It is rare to get this kind of service. Thank you again!!!

They were able to make us an ignition key on an after market ignition quick and for a great price. Everyone else wanted to charge two times or more what they charged. Also they were very professional and I felt safe around them. So glad I used them.

Their tech William was fast and efficient. Didn't have to wait long for him to arrive and he was quick to get into the car. He was very polite and personable. I highly recommend anyone needing his service call this company. My husband and I have 2 businesses in Sevier County and we will refer this company.
