I called All Star Safe Service Co and spoke with George regarding our safe. The lock mechanism was getting difficult to open and needed to be fixed. It's a huge safe from the 1960's and better made that current ones so we didn't want to replace it if we didn't have to. He told me to make sure we didn't close the safe because it was very costly if we had to drill to get it open. He came out within a day and made a quick and reasonable repair cost-wise and the safe is good as new. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had a safe that I couldn’t open. I contacted them to inquire about opening and they requested a picture to know what I had. They responded that they could open it and I was quoted $250 for a Saturday visit. I didn‘t get it scheduled right away and had a day off about a month later. I contacted them on a weekday about coming down and set it up for later that day. I ended up with six 1/2 inch holes drilled in the front of the safe, including some drilled through the locking system, effectively destroying the safe. I could have destroyed the safe myself if I had wanted that. At one point he appeared very frustrated and I told him that he could stop and I would pay him for his time and I’d get it open. He asked if I was going to cut it open and I said yes. He said let me keep trying, so I did. The end result was that I paid $300 to have him do what I could have done for free. I do not recommend.
