I needed help with removing a lock from my child's bike. The locksmith was so helpful and kind in helping me to solve my problem. I will be calling on them again for any of my future locksmith needs.

Rude People. Did a good job, but everyone from the phone operator to the service man are rude. We had our locks changed and the service person demanded payment without consulting with his office first. They need a better way of communicating. The locks work fine, but it's just not professional to be so rude.
