Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my 60 years. Rude doesn’t begin to describe it. They act like they’re doing you a favor giving you service. Find somewhere else to go besides this place! Even if they’re the only shop in town, I’d recommend going to Medford.

Extremely rude. I called the owner for information and he was not helpful and did not seem to want business. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere instead of having to work with someone with a poor attitude.

I called the owner to voice my concerns about my son who worked for him, he has a bad drug addiction. Instead of feeling like he should protect his customers, he told me to f-off. He is unprofessional and mean spirited. I would have thought he would be more concerned, but no.
