I had a great experience. Lee was friendly over the phone, during the load up, tow, and after. He even came within 20 minutes! They are very competitively priced so if you’re stuck in Eagle River, give them a call!

Terrible and rude. Wife and daughter stuck on 5th ave needed to be towed to eagle river automotive. Told them no and not interested. Left them hanging. Gonna talk with my brother who works there and tell him not to refer them anymore. Azz.....wipe!

Didn't get the guy's name, but someone came out to help my boyfriend get into his car and he was incredibly nice. Would recommend this company to anyone!
