An absolute rip off!!!!!! Thought they can open the door without breaking the lock. He Drilled a hole through the lock, and broke it. Literally took 3 minutes and then charged $200.00!!!!!!!!! If he told me before hand that he can't open it and would have to break the lock and damage the door, I could have done it myself!! They were just horrible!! Also they go under many different names
