If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Richard provided phenomenal support.

I purchased a keyless key online for my 2006 Lexus SUV.

My husband took the key to another location. He was told by the locksmith that he could not assist him. He went to another location where the key was cut but the person could not figure out how to program the keyless features. I personally received a call from a store manager who told me to go to the Manassas store.

He said that if Richard could not get the key to work then no one would be able to. Suffice it to say, Richard programmed the key and it worked. Fast forward less than two months later, the key stopped working and we had to lock and unlock the car doors manually.

I called Richard. At first he said there was nothing more that he could do since we didn’t purchase the key from Baldino. Within ten minutes he called me and said to come to the store because maybe the battery was dead.

Not only was he right, he replaced it for free. It is hard to come by this kind of professional customer service. Kudos to Richard.
