I called Ben’s lock and key to have a new home rekeyed. Joe was extremely prompt, in fact, he got to my new house before me! He was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. If the need should arise, I would definitely call him again.

I had Ben make 2 transponder keys for my Toyota Highlander the other week and he quoted me the best price after I called several others. He was great; very professional and accommodating. can recommend.

They were fast, professional but too expensive. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the price. Should have asked before they came out...my fault. After they left, did my research and realized I paid way too much. I hate feeling robbed. Advice...ask for pricing before they come out. I paid $370 for 2 locks. Otherwise. Nice people
