Called at 2:00 pm this afternoon requesting a locksmith meet us at an elderly gentleman's house who had locked himself out.
They took my call and ask for the information and promised a return call within 30 minutes. I called back a 2nd time. Same thing, locksmith will call you back within 30 minutes. Called a 3rd time and told them, if you can't come out, please tell me so I can try and find someone else. Again, locksmith will call you within 30 minutes. It has now been 8 hours. Not one word. Not one returned call. Not even the courtesy of a text saying I'm too busy and can't help. Find someone else.
Do not waste your time with this place. No compassion for an elderly man out in the cold and 0 courtesy to even return a call.
