Bob's Lock Safe & Key did a terrific job on re-keying my outdoor locks on my rental property in Salt Lake City. They arrived on-time, charged a reasonable rate, did not upsell me, and worked well with my tenants. I definitely recommend them.

We have used this location for Personel and our buisiness needs for 17 years since moving into the area. Never had any issues. I called and got a quote for service needed. My wife went in to get it taken care of of. They charged her more that what was quoted. I went in the next day and explained what happened and we were actually mid quoted. But the man in charge came out to deal with me & explained me I was misquoted and and said he wasn’t going to argue with me politely and made up the difference. Maybe because I wasn’t having the best day, I thought the outcome would have been different for me and not to well. Thank you to the boss man that knows how to do buisiness and we will be doing buisiness for years to come for all our locksmith needs. Thanks again Bob!

Just had Bob's lock guys Rory and Jim move a Safe for me. Service was outstanding. Showed up on time, assessed what needed to be done and were extremely professional in every way possible. Clean, considerate of property and efficient. Would Highly recommend Bob's team especially Cory and Jim .

After calling two other companies (1st no show, 2nd couldn't do it) and 2 & 1/2 hours later, Randy with Bob's lock showed up and took care of my problem pretty quick. He was very determined and said he wouldn't have left without getting the job done, even if he had to call backup. That's what I call dedication and great service. My rating is based more so on the employee himself. Thanks for your help, Randy!

We had issues with the alarm on our Jeep. Because we did not have a key fob we could not get it to disarm. The jeep would start and then turn off immediately. A tech came out on Saturday evening within about 30 minutes after calling. He disarmed the alarm and it was less money than expected.

After waiting for almost 3 hours for Pop A Lock to show, they brought a device to open my door, even though specifically being told it was an ignition problem. I knew not to wait for them to go get their gear so I called Bob's Lock. I can't tell you how refreshing it was when they arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem solved, a floating broken ignition key. Professional, competent, kind, and most importantly did not lie about what time they would be there. Thank you guys!
