I had some spare keys made at Brown's. When I arrived home to try them out, it became clear that the keys weren't copied all that well. One actually got stuck in my front door. I phoned them, they sent someone out immediately, they charged me nothing for the drive out, and they remade my keys on the spot, at no extra cost, despite the fact that I hadn't kept my original receipt.
The employee that came out explained that the employee that served me in the shop was new at the store. --- I really appreciated the way they fixed their mistake and trusted me.
