Unreliable and unprofessional. He was scheduled to come to my house on a Saturday called to say he couldn't make it when he was supposed to be there. Said he would call me next week to reschedule. I waited until Thursday then called him. I asked him when he might be able to come out again and he said he didn't have his appointment book, so I asked when he might be able to call me back to reschedule.
He became extremely rude and said you're really aggravating me and I am too busy right now. I had not raised my voice it was just a question and I've never been talked to like that by any business owner or individual ever!
Don't do business with this man he's so erratic.
