I called Carmen Key works yesterday when I was having trouble redoing a front door lock that had loosened up and came off. I was told that they could put it back on for me, but it wouldn't be till the next week. But the gentleman took the time to explain to me the best way to reattach it...get a chair so you are at the proper height and a good light. I appreciate the time he took to explain that to me! Thanks!!!
