WOW, This place is the worst. We had 3 doors re-keyed for a business (cost over $1000) Cass said they hold our records so we can call make get keys made. Well i have been trying to get a key made for over 2 weeks and now i have a owner who's office we had to break into still has no key to his office and Cass lock is completely unresponsive. Basically if you have a big job or are going to be paying them thousands they will get back to you but if it is something little they really could care less. WORST LOCK COMPANY IN DETROIT Use Freds
