The operative was polite, efficient, helpful and made my elderly mother feel safe and relaxed. Because she was on her own at the time (and somewhat wary of strangers on the doorstep ) there was a female member of staff accompanying the locksmith which relieved the situation. The company gave us an OAP discount and there was no callout charge. Oldfashioned decent company and great service, will recommend Cerberus locksmith to anyone.
