I am not sure what happened with Steve Chiles & Commonwealth Security. They cam e out soon enough, after my initial response, gave a quote and did the instillation in a reasonable time. A few weeks after installation, it stopped working properly, they came out a week or so later to fix it, which was acceptable.
Then about 2 months later, it stopped working again. For 3 months now, I have left MULTIPLE voicemail's & E-mails about the problem and that I need them to come back out, and I have heard NOTHING back from them.
At this point, I am so frustrated, and because we need this door to work properly, I am at a loss as to what to do.
Looks like I'll be calling another company to come out & fix or replace that problem. I guess Steve Chiles & Commonwealth Security made money off of me, and that's it for them. Thanks for NOTHING!!

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
