I'll tell ya what . . .Dale knows ALMOST just from looking at the situation...what the problem is . . .He's just that good . . . He was out to my place within approx. half an hour...assessed the situation, took the froze up/seized up lock cylinder home, came back in approx. 1.5 hours with a working lock cylinder and 2 new keys to fit also . . .Outstanding . . .
