Amazing! We’re from out of state and called on a whim. Dean arrived in one minute and had our 2018 f150 open in less than five. (With our baby locked inside) Couldn’t be happier, an all around great guy , highly recommend and so so thankful!

Called in a panic, couldn't unlock a door. He was working out of town however he did respond the next day. Spent 10 minutes to tell us "you need a whole new lock" and I don't carry them! This was a brand new custom trailer. Said he couldn't fix it. I ordered a new lock for $65.00. Before it even got here, we figured it out, a clever staff member fixed it less than 10 minutes, locking clip wasn't in place all the way. Pushed it in - Presto! It was fixed. Weekday service call, 10-minutes to tell us it needed to be replaced. $100 invoice. You decide?
