Called to get a price on reprogramming a key fob. It was about 4:30 pm. He said he closes at 5:00, but will wait for me. After accidentally going to his other (Fountain City) location, I finally showed up at 5:10. I brought him my working fob, and the one I wanted to have re-programmed. He looked at the physical keys on both, and scanned the codes on both. He told me this fob doesn't need to be re-programmed, it probably just needs a battery. He replaced the battery for $9. I then went out to my car and unlocked and started it with my (now working) fob! He could have pretended to reprogram it and charged me $110, but he was honest about it, and I appreciate that!
(Backstory: I only received one fob when I bought the car (used) from a new car dealership. They mailed me the second fob about a month later. I put a new battery in it and it didn't work. That is why I thought it was not the twin to the one I had. Not sure why it didn't work with the new battery.)

The owner Ralphi is a Irresponsible **** that will lie to you and take you off his schedule. Then act like he didn't talk to you when you have him on your call log the day he said you didn't call. Then try put the blame on his secretary. Pathetic excuse for a so called owner. Run your business better your arrogant and ungrateful also your customers come before your needs when you own a business. That attitude will make you lose customers. Have a good day!!! I'll wait for a response!

I was out of town on a job and I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk and of course my car was locked. Called Delta Locksmith they arrived within 15 minutes and my car unlocked in minutes. They were very courteous and professional.

Super prompt and professional. Managed to lock my keys in my car. Darrell was polite, efficient, informative and friendly. I intend to return as a customer if ever needed--don't even need to think about it twice.

They did a great job! Darnell (I think was his name?) was quick and efficient and even did two other small "fixes" on other doors in our home that needed re adjusting and didn't even charge us for those! Would definitely use again.

Our keys got locked in our car. We called Delta they arrived in 15 minutes. Phillip was great!
