My wife and I were on our way home from a 3 day vacation when our car broke down on the interstate. I googled towing and called dereks. The driver tom came out and towed me to midas. my wife and i very pleased with the service and highly recommend

This establishment lied to me and caused more problems then they fixed.
I did not feel safe driving my car off their lot after having them touch my car.
AS AN AUTO SERVICE I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM WITH ANYONES CAR.
If their towing was not associated with the auto shop I would probably use them again.
I brought a 2008 Honda civic to them because it would not start. Derek's store changed the starter for me then diagnosed that it was an electrical issue. EVERYTHING WENT TO SHIT FROM HERE.
They got it to start and called me to tell me that their car lift was stuck. It seemed fishy, so I checked on my car after hours and it was parked on the ground ready to leave. I honestly do not know why they would lie about that but whatever.
After I picked up my car I noticed the brake lights were not working.
I asked them if they could look at it to troubleshoot. They obliged so I dropped my car off. Mind you, before I dropped it off the second time the worked and drove fine, just the brake lights would not get power. Within the 2 hours I had left the car with them, the car would not shift from park anymore. Now to start the car I have to use the shift interlock release to put the car into neutral to start the car. So I thanked them for trying and let.
While driving home I notice I could not accelerate passed 25 mph. The brakes were sticking the entire drive home. I had to lift the brake peddle with my left foot to drive.
Overall they got the car to start, but they lied to me, the brake lights don't work, the car wont shift out of park without depressing the shift interlock release, the car has to be started in neutral and I feel at risk driving my car.
Hopefully this was a just a one time thing and does not happen to anyone else.

Called at 1130am. Was told arrival would be 1245pm. Finally arrived 315pm. Was to tow to my mechanic 25min away. Arrived 1hr later. Horrible service and rude driver when I asked him to knock on the door to find out the best place to put my vehicle.
