I had a mailbox key made. It didn’t work. Brought key back, they adjusted it and still it didn’t work. Brought it back again and asked for a refund. I was told “WE DON’T REFUND ON MAILBOX KEYS”. I was out $4.50. They should have told me that BEFORE I had the key made and this is after I had also had 7 other keys made. Guess reputation has plummeted with me. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.
