I had a brand new doorknob and deadbolt installed recently for what I considered to be a premium $ cost. Shortly after the install, both started to fail. I paid for 2 extra key copies as well, and neither of them worked. Brought them back to be re-cut, and they still didn't work. When I called the owner, Brian, to see if he could help resolve the issue, he told me "Sorry, I don't guarantee my work past 90 days". Well that's convenient. He was very rude and wanted to charge me $95 minimum to come back and fix his failed install. At the time he sold me on this being a longer term solution than what I currently had, and now he's telling me that I need to spend even more money to completely redo everything. No thanks. Plenty of other locksmiths in the area, do yourself a favor and try somewhere else...
