I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience with other so called lock professionals I was compelled to write this one. The owner & staff were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I was able to get an appointment very quickly for services. The technician was not only timely but was able to complete the service quickly & efficiently. I have recommend Economy Lock and Key to couple of family & friends with the same outcome. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend

What fast and professional service! I called and they were able to respond within the hour as well as make new keys on the spot. I was very impressed. I highly recommend their services!

Mr. Hayward was very gracious to take my call, my burglar door was in need of a new lock, I call at 2pm and he came at 5pm.... Everything was replaced in less than an hr. I have used this shop for coping keys, but never anything larger than that. He's great at his craft. I would recommend him for any service.
