Called this business after getting ripped off for $20.00. Yesterday a young man came to my door, just to see what I needed to repair my lock. He was supposed to have locks with him. He did not come prepared to do what I asked of him. He talked about door bolts. He looked up a lock on his phone and said it would cost me $500.00 to install if he get it. He did not tell me what kind of lock I needed or if I wanted to buy it where I could buy it. He did not even tell me how much the lock would cost. He told me to get the right lock. I already knew that. He should have told me the lock I needed. He took $20.00 for doing nothing. Will he go to senior citizens homes all day ripping them off. Didn't give me a receipt or a card. I feel violated by an unknown.
