At my request, these company came to my house. My nephew was there in my absence. They replaced 3 doorknobs and 2 deadbolts. Instead of starting with one or two that matched, they supposedly re-keyed all of them and made 8 new keys. My bill was $895. I have bought hardware, and this bill was outrageous. $97 for each doorknob and each deadbolt, plus $45 for re-keying each. $4 for each of 8 keys and $95 for the hour service call. They took advantage of the situation .

I locked my keys in my car and called Florida Lock & Key. He was there very very quickly. He was very professional, and reasonable on prices. I would definitely recommend his business.
