We had all of our locks replaced and keyed to one key. They ordered everything we needed and then schedule a day to install. From start to finish everything and everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Great communication throughout. Gene's will definitely be our go to locksmith for any future needs. I called Gene's Lock Service this morning after locking myself out of my house. I spoke with Mr. Matthew Schoonover who was extremely professional and helpful. He arrived promptly after confirming I had a right to enter the premise and was quick to get the job done. The price was confirmed ahead of time and there were no additional fees upon completion.
