Choosing Goldy Locks was a great decision. I locked myself out of the house on my way to work. I called needing a tech ASAP, initially no one was available. I called another company and they couldn’t give me a definite response to get there within 10 minutes. Whelp, I had a missed call from Goldy Locks, I returned the call and they promised that someone was in the area that could be there soon. Chris was my superhero for today! I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. He had the job completed in under 10 minutes! Great response and professionalism is key to doing business nowadays—I’m so glad I called Goldy Locks.

I needed lock work for my house and after searching for the service. I came across with Goldy Locks. I called the store, spoke with Mike. Compare to the Locksmith Oak Forest I called before he was very friendly, professional and informative. The next day, the service technician, Chris came. He explained the procedure, and even fixed the issue we had with his generosity. Also he suggested better solution to my situation. It was very quick, professional and great service. You can tell he's with a lot of experience. I found that this company is here to give a great service to the customer without any hidden cost. I really recommend Goldy Locks!!!

Chris was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and quick to resolve our lock that was difficult to open and close. I have used Goldly Locks before and I have always felt lucky to have such a contentious business in my area! I highly recommend Goldly Locks

Chris did a terrific job. He was prompt; he worked fast; he clearly knew his business. We got a broken key cleared out and the lock working again, and replaced a cylinder in an old door where the cylinder was shot. Great overall experiences with Goldilocks.
