On December 21, 2019 I went to Henry's Locksmith because I was having problems with all the locks on my vehicle, upon entering the establishment I explained to the gentleman at the counter the issues I was having. He then proceeded to advise me that they would have to perform a diagnostic to determine what the problem was.

The charge for the diagnostic was $45.00. Upon returning the gentleman advised me that all for actuators for the door locks were damaged and that they needed to be replaced, He then proceeded to give me a verbal quote, stating that the actuators were $75.00 each totaling $300.00 for parts and $325.00 for labor plus all applicable taxes with would be approximately be close to $800.00 including the diagnostic.

I told him that I would think about it and left. Upon arriving at home I went online and did a search, I went on to check my fuses and it turned out that the fuse controlling the door locks was burned. I bought a new fuse replaced it and my locks worked perfectly.

The people at this establishment have no credibility and could care less about the fact that they are robbing others of their hard earned money.

It is a shame at how this business is operated. I do not believe that a diagnostic was ever performed. Had there been a rating of zero or less then that is what I would have rated them.
