Lost one of my keys and the key fob, everywhere else that I had called was quoting me at insanely high prices to have it replaced. But when I stopped in here, they replaced them both and it was only about $40.

To the person saying they were rude- yea, they were rude to me too, but at those prices, they can be as rude as they want, idfc, I'm there to get a key, not make friends.

Also to the person complaining that they don't answer the phones- yea, every time I've ever been there, they had a line like 40 people deep. Quit calling and just go there like the rest of us, or call a mobile service and pay 10x more.

I have recommended about 100 people there over the years (not joking, I work for a dealership, so I send people to them all the time. Definitely recommended!!

Have used them before and was very happy with their service and price. Went the other day to have them program a new fob I purchased online and cut the key, they were done in maybe ten minutes and new fob alllows remote start all for $21. Can’t beat these guys!

Guys are great, The one guy was a little impatient with me which was a little rude but I did not let it bother me. the usual guy that I deal with is very nice along with anybody else I still highly recommend them because they are very reasonable and efficient

I needed a second set of keys for my used Lexus. I called the dealership and it was more than $400.00!!! They also wanted me to make an appointment to get the key.

I went to J.R. Flood and for less than 1/2 of what the dealership quoted me, I got my second set of keys in under 15 minutes-with no appointment.
These guys are great!

Needed a duplicate key fob from my Nissan They cut the key and programmed the remote in less than 2.0 minutes Under $70. The dealer wanted almost $400. Highly recommend

These people are from another planet !! I was there on a Saturday and they were quick, fast professional and oh so good !! It was my first trip there, and I have told 5 people already that if they ever need their services, they are THE BEST !! Thank you to the young lady who took care of me. She was amazing !!

Went and asked ACE hardware store about making an duplicate auto remote key. They would charge me $1.99 plus tax with the honesty of telling me that they could not program the remote. So I went to J.R. Flood Locksmith in Berlin Market, and they made a duplicate from my car original remote for $20 plus tax with the promise that they would program for an additional money - Never mentioned how much.
Once my car was ready to get programmed, they could NOT do it. Instead there was an error code on my car. I asked them to erase/reset that error code, but they told me to go to a dealer.

They did not have time and told me many customers were waiting - It's Thursday 9:00 in the morning. I called and asked dealer to reset, erase the error code that J.R. Flood created.

The dealer asked for $118 plus tax. J.R. Flood created problem instead of fixing it. WATCH OUT for J.R. Flood before going there for recent made cars (2010 to present). Their software is not up to date and will create an issue instead. I saw many customers had the same bad experience JUST like me. It's not worth it!
