If there were a lower star than 1, I would have posted it. After arriving 1 3/4 hours later than scheduled, the service person tried to get my 90 year old mother to give him $250 to open a small key opening safe, approximately 18 x 18 X 18 inches, that would not even be usable after it was pried open. When she told him no, that was too much, he offered to do it for her for $125. Obviously, he was trying to rip her off. She told him no, paid the $29 for having him show up, and thankfully, he left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
