I've been using their services for over 30 years. If they can't fix your key / lock issues no one can. Very knowledgable and friendly people & great service!

Called and scheduled service.
They never called me back.
I called again and scheduled again.
They never called me back.
3 weeks in a row they said they would either be able to make it to the house or assured me that they'd call me to reschedule.
Totally disorganized and terrible customer service.
Avoid this place at all costs!

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
