I am out $480 for keys that don't work properly and nobody will return my calls. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. No reason for this. This was a pretty simple job and now they won't stand by their work even though they said it was guaranteed.

My neighbor was locked out, we didn’t know who would come after hours, then called Joy Locksmith. Eli arrived in about 15 minutes. He looked and treated her so professionally. Very kind and patient, great experience. We are both so impressed. I thoroughly recommend them!

They are so professional and helpful. They were honest and trustworthy in that I had a lock that the had to make a few ajustments to in order to fit and they did that rather than charge me more for a new lock. I highly recommend them for any job. They were on time and very helpful! They charge what the quote and are very prompt !
