Dishonest and unprofessional! We contacted Keyway for some work on our front door. One of their guys texted us back, quoted the price and offered a window of time for the day we agreed on. I took a day off of work to be here for the work. The entire four hour window passed by with zero word.
We never got any further communication or response. I missed out on a full day of work because I was promised a job would be done. We got ghosted and still don't have the job done.
Do not waste your time here!
