I apreciate professionalism and good customer service. That's exactly what I got. I needed a new remote key programed for my Lexus and gave them a call. I was told someone would have to call me back. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Mike. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me and told me to take it to the dealer. i apreciate the honesty!
