I locked my computer bag in the trunk of my Mazda convertible with BOTH sets of keys in the bag. I called Kelly to unlock the car so I could pop the trunk. Unfortunately, my car's trunk will not open when the key is not present. Kelly research options to how to open this trunk. She searched the internet, YouTube, and called the Mazda dealership. The dealership said the car would have to be towed and two new keys made at the cost of $900 not including towing! Kelly said in all her years in the business she had never lost a challenge. She worked in the heat and a very tight space inside the two seater to figure out a way to pop the trunk. After over an hour she finally was successful!!!! She was so kind and patient. I was very fortunate the first service I called was not able to accommodate me and referred me to Lock Poppers. She so went above and beyond and saved the day!

Very good service. Sunday night was no problem. Price was excellent just like the service. Would definitely recommend.
