You have mistakenly reviewed the wrong Locksmith Company. As the Sole proprietor and Owner of Lock Tech, 955 Dougherty Rd, Aiken SC, I’m posting this rebuttal:
1. I do NOT provide services after hours or on weekends.
2. I Anwser my own phone and do not have a “customer service” dept.
3. My rates are the same as Dixie Lock, you can call them to confirm.
4. The highest rate I’ve ever charged was due to distance at $100, out of my normal area of responsibility, but customer needed me to drive the distance since there were no local Locksmiths in his area.
My guess is you called the Google “ads” or the scam companies using 1-800 numbers or local numbers with NO REAL Aiken physical Address. These companies will “pose” as other Locksmiths to scam you and there’s nothing legitimate locksmiths can do about that.
Please call me to confirm your mistake. I’d appreciate it if you d removed this mistake. I pride myself after 20 years of military service and 20 years as a locksmith NOT to do what you falsely or mistakenly accuse me of doing.
It’s a personal insult to my honor!

Ripped off a vulnerable person with 3 kids (1 with special needs) by charging $189 to unlock a vehicle on a saturday, and Dixie does it for $75 on a Sunday. Ripoff???? You do the math! Never calling these scammers again. Called customer support and they couldn\'t have been more rude. They said they will be back in touch and hung up. We will see how they choose to handle this and ill post ANY update. Ill save another family from being ripped off all day.

Terrific company. Called a.m. was here before noon. I was unable to open the door from house to garage and in 15 minutes the Tec had repaired, finished and was on his way. Price was right and I would haighly recommend him to anyone
