Called Locksmith Monkey on a Saturday night. My daughter flew back from California, Got to airport parking lot in Portland Or. and realized she had no keys and were left in Ca. My first call was locksmith Monkey and the gentleman was like we can be out in 45mins to 1 hour in Battle Ground Wa. To get her in her house.

The technician was professional and fast got her in without drilling locks out – my thought. My daughter called other companies stressed with no answers. 5 stars to Locksmith Monkeys!! Didn’t charge an outrageous price either.

WOW! don't have your car keys cut by these guys!!! They lied and tried to justify, costs that are much higher than the dealership!!!! Makes me wonder about the cost of the rest of their services. I was quoted 200-350 to replace my 2000 v40 key!!!! Then the owner said Volvo dealership would charge 500! As I was talking to him I looked it up on Amazon and the key blank was $32 with the transponder. When I asked how much if I have my own blank, he said $200. Called around including a dealership that said they charge $240 for the complete service! And only $50 for a second key!!! Best to call a few places to find the rats in this business, not the monkeys!

We want out on a girls night to downtown Portland clubs We head a blast up to the point my purse got stolen and my car keys with it We all was in shock

We head no idea how we to get home and how to get in our car and drive it Luckily we called locksmith monkey to the rescue And they save the night!!!!
Literally !

Not only the guy on the phone was super nice, he also insured us that he can help and someone will be there in a few moments.
Sure enough his brother was there in 15 minutes and he was our hero!!!! Not only he was able to help he let us seat in he's worm van as he make the key He made us laugh and get us all calm.
A few moments and key was done and our car was runing Wow!!!!!!!!! Only then we all realized our house key was stolen to and we have no way to get in the house The heros locksmith monkey to the rescue again!!!!! Barak followed us to the house and open it for us and didn't even charge us to come there only to open the door even that it was 3 am on a Sunday morning! What an experience it was.

I called Locksmith Monkey after work this evening around 7 PM to inquire about having locks changed on two doors of my home, not thinking they would be able to come out the same night to complete the work, since it wasn't an emergency.

They told me on the phone locks would start at $25 per lock and go up from there depending on the type of lock, (which they'd have to see in person to quote me), so I expected the price to be around $100 or more since I had 4 different lock pieces to change.

They said they could have someone at my house within an hour or so, and only a few minutes later I received a call from the technician that he was on the way. They were super friendly, very helpful and informative. The tech even took the time to explain the different locks to me and how they each work, and demonstrated that they only used brand new equipment and cut brand new keys each time, unlike some other companies who reuse people's old ones inner locks and keys. I feel safer and am so happy I called on a whim just to inquire and they fixed me right up in under an hour. Pleasantly surprised with this unexpected quick service call, and the final price was just about what I had expected and hoped it would be along with the service call fee. They will totally work with you to find the best possible solutions for your needs within your price range and budget, and offer ideas/suggestions to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. Super trustworthy, good people and very hardworking, that's obvious, and down to earth folks to speak with. Would highly recommend! Thank you guys!! :)
