the Kid who put in a new deadbolt chewed up my door. He did not have a good grip on the drill. I ended up with a hole on the outside of the deadbolt. Their bill does not have their telephone number on it. Their phone service keeps hanging up. They do not know what they are doing. I am out $253 dollars on bad service. Cannot contact them. No one answers.
