Locksmith Ray arrived our house less than 15 minutes after my call. He happened to be in the area, in between jobs. Diagnosed and fixed two issues: backyard sliding door lock would not latch and garage door lock would not latch. Different locks, similar issues. He fixed both locks and was in & out in 25 mins. Fast, efficient, very friendly, knowledgeable and wore a mask. Great. Would definitely call them again if I have lock issues.
