Great place however friendly manager is away now and there is a person from the Bronx in charge very rude and nasty, after they cut me keys wrong and I had to go there again which I said gently I really have better things to do than walking again - I never hear “sorry” beside I was told it was good for me to walk and I shouldn’t complain ... it is not good idea to go to that locksmith now unless rude man will be move back to the Bronx where he belongs ... since he is not happy and he criticizes everyone from Manhattan.
When I was leaving the store I said that to this person: “I hope when ever I come back I won’t need to see you here again...” Because he is unhappy and unpleasant man without any manners.
