I've been going to Mark for years. Never a problem. VERY knowledgeable and honest. I once put a Master lock key on the counter, and before I could say anything, he told me exactly what lock it went to (a Granger dumpster). He told me to save myself some cash and go to Granger and get a couple of keys free from them. That's exactly what I did. He knows locks and keys. PERIOD!
