Paid a hefty price to have a new key programmed and cut, quit working after a week and had to leave my truck in a different town overnight because of it. Call them and over the phone he said he would fix it, but get there in person and they say sorry they don’t guarantee the work.

I have a 2002 volvo s80.about three days ago the key came off keys and lost it I can\'t drive my car how much does it cost to come to Piggott area and fix a key. Plz help

Purchased a key for $35 for my son in laws car. It doesn’t work. Won’t turn. I called to resolve the issue and was only met with conflict. My son in law works 16 hour days, I don’t have access to the car to take it up there during their “business hours”. Nor do I feel comfortable going back up there after the way I was treated via phone. Very unprofessional. They acted as if it was my fault they didn’t cut the key correct. It’s sad that in today’s time, business will treat customers this way. Will do business elsewhere.
