My daughter (18 month old) was locked in the car on a Friday night in error by my teenager. We called Martin's because my mother has used them since we were small children. I was quoted $70, at that point I did NOT CARE. I just wanted my daughter out of the car. Needless to say, the guy arrived, BUT my husband got the door open. I felt a fee was still owed, due to coming out, but $70 for a job he didn't do was ridiculous. As well, the careless concern for the situation was even more of a blow. Thanks, but no thanks moving forward.
