This is an unprofessional company. Called to ask if they have my car. Told they would get back to me after 45 minutes. One hour later. Called back. They have my car. Aske to get my things out of the vehicle. Told they would need to be paid. I told them hold on. They hung up on me. Called back to give Insurance information. Told they don't handle that. It would have to wait for the Adjuster. Ask to talk to the supervisor. They said ok. The same voice comes on the phone. I say this sounds like the same person. They say it is. I ask to talk to their supervisor. They say that would be the owner. Ask to speak to them. They say it will not help. I say I don't want to complain about their policies. I want to complain about their rudeness. They continue their rudeness by talking over me. They could of avoid all this by talking to me. Asking why they need to hold. Then explaining the policy. If you have a choice never use this company.
