I had a strong box to which the keys had been lost. It was locked. I asked Donny (the owner of the shop) if he could open the box and make a couple of keys for it. He said yes, but it might take a bit of time. A few days later, his assistant called me and asked me to come get the contents of the box. However, he said that they had been able to open the box but had not yet made the keys. Donny said that he would not charge me anything until the keys were made.
I told Donny that my wife had had a key copied by him a few years back. He had not charged her anything until she made sure that the new key worked. Well, it did, but my wife had forgotten to return to pay for the key. I offered to pay for my wife's key, but Donny was not worried about it. One does not find integrity and caring like Donny's nowadays. He is a real, stand-up guy. Blessings, Donny. The world is a better place because of you.
