I didn't use this service, but still giving him 5 stars. Let me explain. I called him late in the day for an emergency lockout and he had left my area. He considered turning around and coming back and probably would have taken an hour to arrive. Instead, he recommended a competitor who he knew worked and lived near by who could probably respond more quickly. The second guy was able to come more quickly. I just appreciated this guy. He was friendly and I sense would have come if I'd pressed him. He wasn't afraid of losing business by recommending the competition. He was calm when I was stressed. All around seemed like a good guy.
