Carol (owner of Mr Lockout) is a true professional. She is VERY knowledgeable in the world of locks. We had a European Lock which failed and locked us out. Carol swiftly changed out the lock to one made in the USA. The job was completed quickly and made our life wonderful. We recommend Carol over all others ---- In our case there other locksmiths REFUSED to fix our problem.
