I called the lock & key to inquire about a mailbox lock change. Not only was the gentleman on the phone not helpful, but highly discouraging..it was "if I can come out" and " once I see the lock it may be from China or made elsewhere and not sure if I can get one in there. It may be too big or too small.. it's tricky". Then estimated me $150 if he can find a lock. Another company came right out, drilled the old lick out, put a new lock in & was gone in 15 min and charged me half. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MC LOCK & KEY.

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
